GMPOA BOARD AND BY-LAWS

The GMPOA Board, composed of seven property owners, manages the cattle lease funds for the benefit of the property owners. The Board’s work is governed by by-laws approved overwhelmingly by property owners in 2021. It meets monthly, in person at announced times and locations during the summer months and via Zoom during the winter months. All property owners are invited to attend meetings and discuss their issues and interests with the Board.

The mission of the Board, as stated in the GMPOA by-laws is:

1. Maintaining the easement road network.

2. Mitigating fire danger.

3. Controlling the spread of invasive noxious weeds.

4. Preserving, protecting, and enhancing the natural qualities of GMPOA-owned properties.
