Elections 2027

Attention property owners! Elections will be held in summer 2027 for Board Seat 1 held by Beau Pauley and Board Seat 2 held by Shawn King.

According to the bylaws:

1. Candidates who wish to be considered for election to the Board must submit their names to the Board in writing to PO Box 122, Helmville, MT 59843 or or via email to Heather Brenner at heatherngillis@yahoo.com by May 1, 2027, indicating which Board seat would like to run for.

2. If no candidates come forward for a seat scheduled for election, the existing Board member will serve an additional 6-year term.

3. Ballots will be mailed to all property owners by August 15, 2027. Property owners must return ballots by October 1^st.

4. The duly elected Board members will take office January 1, 2028, following the election.
